Return & Exchange Policy

At DOREILA, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied. While we strive to meet every expectation, we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary. Please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned or exchanged if they meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Wigs must have uncut lace and be in original condition

  • All tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) must be intact

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom-made or personalized wigs

  • Opened or used hair products and extensions

  • Hair care products and accessories

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Any item returned without prior approval

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items if you would like a different length, texture, or style. If there is a price difference, additional payment may be required. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, excluding shipping fees. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Procedure

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email at info@doreila.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable courier service.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund or exchange status.

Important Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.
